[LinuxUsers] Using Testsaslauthd

Jesus

I use Winbind and samba for my ubuntu and apache authentication.  I can send
you my 15 step process on joining a ubuntu machine to AD if you would like.
 I do not use testsaslauthd so I wouldn't be much help there.
