I for one am willing to host an unmoderated off-topic list. Open or closed.
Either undar a domain I already own or one that I or someone else could buy
for the specific purpose. I could host such a list either inside or outside
of the United States of America. I understand fully the difference between a
publisher and common carrier, and as a webhosting provider I have certain
protections under the Digital Millenium Copyright Act. And I have years of
experience in list hosting; about ten years or so ago I had a small list-
hosting business.
