[LinuxUsers] Creating a structure for SocalLinux.org - asking all members to read

I second this, we could just theoretically add another mailling list to the
socallinux listserv, something like linuxusers-offtopic or
offtopic at socallinux.org.

Or even something as simple as general at socallinux.org

Just my 2cents.
