Actually, this brings up some interesting grey areas...

Is this "bad" because it infringes on MS's "look and feel"?  Or is it bad
because (in my opinion) consumers didn't get what they thought that they
paid for.

I'd love to get a copy and actually look at it and see how well they copied
everything and at what point you could tell that it was Ubuntu under the
hood.
