It says, "128 MB onboard flash ROM", so maybe it is installed there.

The term "embedded" these days seems to be applicable to anything that
isn't a traditional computer (laptop, desktop, or server).
Certainly most Linux based embedded code doesn't XIP execute-in-place
(i.e., from ROM or flash). Usually it all gets unpacked to some
ungodly amount of RAM, with a flashdisk and/or ramdisk.
