Anyone know of an easy way to download emails from Gmail to a file.

I have my router email logs to me.

I would like to download the log so that I may 'grep' it for the
important stuff.  The logs consist of text and are pretty big.  They
usually get truncated but a link for the whole file is provided.

I've done copy and paste but that seems inefficient.

Am I missing the obvious?

Will save page as include the interface html / xml ?
