I seem to recall that the Hero book (the one that comes with it) includes
tethering instructions.
It doesn't matter to me, though, because I bought a MiFi about two months ago,
with a two-year add on to my contract.
I'm still learning the ins and the outs, but I think I'll keep it. Anyone
have experience with battery vendors? Google finds many at many price points,
but I'd like to buy from someone where I know someone with experience.
If you've got Sprint version, or know someone who does, here's a great thread
on battery life:
http://community.sprint.com/baw/thread/23043
But I think I'll just go back to my oldest phone; sure it's big and bulky, and
almost requires two hands to carry it around, but it has a full size handset
(not quite as heavy as my old AT&T dial phones, but close) and it's fully
analog. Of course I can't. I don't have it anymore, and the network isn't
supported.
And to think that when I went shopping all I wanted was a telephone, sms, and
bluetooth.
