[LinuxUsers] CA Cert on Windows 7 laptop

Hey guys, a coworker is trying to associate a CACert that I just set him up
with on his Windows 7 laptop, but it's not going through IE/Outlook like one
would expect.  Everything is imported into Windows, but it doesn't work
automagically with IE and Outlook like it does on XP (haven't tried Vista
yet).

Has anyone tried this yet?  (If not, don't worry about it. I'll post an
answer once I figure this out.)
