Well, I thought the linked article spoke for itself, but let me be more
detailed and clear as to what i think...

My perspectives/conclusions say
a. people's understanding of MS-Windows is insufficient for effective use of it
   (and/or conversely MS-Windows is too difficult, cf. car & fridge);
b. regarding "only requirement for us is that the work", refrigerators and
   cars maybe qualify, but MS-Windows, with a >50% malware infection rate,
   constitutes NOT "just work"ing.
