I take it you do realize that while another restaurant might be a 
welcome change to some, that Richie's Real American diner is NOT a 
"larger chain" but indeed is a local business.  Before the old one 
closed I often met the owner there.  But he's not named Richie.

There may be as many as two or three by now; but success is not always 
based on ownership by a big chain; in fact often the opposite.
