[LinuxUsers] open source DIY conference / collab tools

I'm looking for some open source DIY conference / collaboration tools, 
and I'm wondering if anyone has found a DIY version of Meeting Wizard 
(preferably LAMP based, of course)

e.g.

(Something like this is good for finding ideal times that multiple 
people can meet.)
