[LinuxUsers] "you people" and Windows

Now that I know that at least some of US people use Windows, perhaps 
someone knows where/how I can register either as a developer, hoster, 
or something, to buy the complete Windows set of software for $X per 
year.  I used to have all this, but I haven't had reason in years.  Now 
that I do, I've forgotten.

Anyone?
