I know that this post is not directly related to Linux.  I feel that
twitter use is an on going issue for many admins out there.  It would
probably be easy to workaround this block, even from the whitehouse,
using a proxy.  I figure most people are not familiar with proxies.
My guess is that they are using the ban to keep people from messing
around at work.
