[LinuxUsers] Which netbook, any serious problems?

Hi, it has been a few months since I've made the meetings. Have been
busy at classes, interning, and meeting with the RCC Association for
Computing Machinery. I need to get a good netbook: I look to access
email and do programming homework with great mobility, and will probably
wipe out whatever operating system is on it, and install Ubuntu. I am
on a budget, and have found some deals:
an Asus EEE PC 1000 160 GB Hard Disk, refurbished for $250
an HP Mini 1115NR 16GB storage, $260
Acer Aspire ONE A110-1834 - 16 GB storage $220 from Sams Club
MSI Wind U100-420 US 120 GB Hard Disk, $ 257

Have you had experience with any of these? Any big red flags?
I have heard from some of you that the mini is great, but the minuscule
battery is troubling

Much thanks in advance,
Topher
