[LinuxUsers] Blocking Countries

Thats a pretty handy list. Back in the day someone in the LVLUG had
taken the time to compile a list. It made sense at the time. I didn't
know anyone in China, so why would I want to receive mail from there.
So I blocked it. It was fun for a while but then managing my own mail
server turned into a several hour a week project. Took the fun out of
it. Thats all changed now since I use Postini instead.

Here was the old list in case anyone was interested. I'm sure for the
most part things are still current.
