[LinuxUsers] Is IRC down?

I've been fighting it - about 4 hours so far, trying to figure out why
it requires a 2048-bit key but won't accept my 2048-bit signed cert,
among other things that changed.

I guess I could start it up now, but without either the SSL or the RSA
cryptlinks working...  I'll see if I can get it going tonight.  I may
end up building it from source and be trying a different version of
libssl.
