Nobody mentioned this in the old thread, but I'll throw this in.  My
wife uses AOL and has the kids accounts limited by AOL's parental
controls.  Works VERY VERY well and is very inexpensive.  It works
better than anything that I could throw together simply because I
couldn't maintain it nearly as well as their full time staff.
