They appear just as you describe it, "squished text".  No decoding

needed, it's plain ASCII, but the formatting is all messed up.  It's as

if someone took a decently-formatted E-mail (like this one with

paragraphs, separating blank lines and '>' quotations), then deleted all

blank lines and ran it through fmt(1).



So I think that Paul's messages appear to me exactly as they do to you,

no difference.  But it doesn't bother me because I simply ignore

everything from him anyway (it's just noise).
