I just got a g1 sunday. Was nonop the next day. Replaced it with a new unit
and I'm loving it. I don't think I'm going to tamper much with it on the low
level. It works now and I wanna keep it that way.

Mainly the battery, but I am never far from either a car charger, wall

I had AT&T service before and I canceled that because the T-mobile service
was far superior. I am of course in an entirely different location from
most of you so that might not mean too much. If anything was better it
might be the iphone, but I've never really used one and there are plenty of
downsides to the iphone as well.
