[LinuxUsers] encrypted partition?

Install the system using the alternative cd and enable encryption on the
partition during the setup. It's pretty painless going that route. You can
also use fuse to do encryption.
I have used the first method many times and performance isn't horrible, of
course it will slow down a little, but I don't know that you would notice
all that much.
